Tell us the deadline first. Haisar Supply & Services Sdn Bhd (est. 2012, Co. No. 985158-T) holds stock at Bandar Putra, Kulai helmets, gloves, glasses, earplugs, vests and common boot sizes move fastest, and collection is always quicker than any delivery slot. Call rather than email if it is urgent.
Most of the urgent calls we take are one of five situations. A DOSH visit or client audit has been scheduled. A customer inspection is arriving and the visitor PPE cupboard is empty. A shipment or contract is being held because a PPE requirement was not met. Someone has been injured and the site is suddenly being looked at closely. Or a crew is mobilising on Monday and the boots were never ordered.
All five have the same shape: a fixed date, a list that is not fully known, and no time to shop around. This page is written for that, and it is deliberately honest about what a deadline can and cannot buy.
Start with the deadline, not the shopping list
The reason this matters: a purchase order covering twenty lines will move at the speed of its slowest item unless someone splits it. If eighteen of those lines are stocked and two are custom-made coveralls, send them as two orders. The eighteen arrive; the two follow.
What moves fastest
These are the categories where we can normally respond quickest, because they are held rather than ordered in. Always confirm on the call stock moves, and we would rather tell you the truth up front than take an order we cannot fulfil on time.
Breeze MkII Safety Glasses
AS/NZS 1337.1:2010, medium impact, 99.9% UV, with anti-fog and anti-scratch coating on a one-piece lens. The anti-fog matters here in this climate, glasses that fog get pushed onto the forehead, and an auditor will notice. 12 per box.
Super-Guard Nitrile Gloves
EN388 4121. Heavyweight abrasion-resistant nitrile, fully dipped, with a canvas safety cuff for quick donning and doffing. Sizes 9, 10 and 11, 12 pairs per pack, 120 pairs per carton the general-duty glove most sites reorder by the carton.
ProBell Disposable Earplugs
SLC80 27 dB, Class 5, rated to 110 dB(A). Bell-shaped PU foam that is easier to insert and less inclined to back out, brightly coloured so compliance is visible across a floor. 100 pairs per box. The item most often found missing at a noise zone entrance during an audit. Pair with a wall dispenser at the boundary so the finding does not come back next year.
Also normally quick: hard hats and chin straps, hi-vis vests, general safety footwear in common sizes, barrier tape and cones, and first aid restock items. Slower by nature: custom workwear with branding, arc flash kits in specific sizes and cal ratings, cabins and installed signage, and anything fabricated.
The pre-audit walk
If your deadline is an inspection, the most valuable twenty minutes you can spend is walking the site yourself first, in the order an auditor will. It converts a vague panic into a specific list which is also what lets us quote you in minutes rather than hours.
Three of those stops account for most of the last-minute calls we get. Hearing protection not available at the zone boundary. Eyewash missing, expired or blocked in the chemical store. A first aid box that has not been restocked since the last time somebody used it. All three are stocked items, and all three are findings that repeat every year until someone fixes the system rather than the symptom.
If you want the longer versions: our signage audit checklist, eyewash station placement rules, first aid kit requirements and the emergency response equipment checklist each cover one of these properly.
How to make an urgent order go quickly
- Call or WhatsApp. Do not email. An email sits in an inbox; a phone rings. For anything needed today, this is the single biggest difference.
- Lead with the deadline and the delivery address. Before the item list. It changes what we recommend.
- Send photos instead of part numbers. A picture of the worn item, or its label, is faster and more accurate than a description. Matching from a photo is routine for us.
- Give sizes and quantities, even approximate ones. "Twenty pairs, mostly size 9 and 10" is workable. "Some gloves" is not.
- Split the order. Stocked lines on one PO, made-to-order lines on another, so the fast items are not held behind the slow ones.
- Say whether you can collect. Kulai, Bandar Putra. If you have a driver and a vehicle, collection beats every delivery slot.
- Tell us if certificates are needed. SIRIM or DOSH documentation for an audit file is issued with the delivery order, but only if we know to prepare it.

Why we are usually the fast option
- We hold stock. Since 2012, across eight categories not a catalogue business that orders in after you ask.
- Collection is available. Bandar Putra, Kulai. For a genuine emergency, a driver and a vehicle beat any delivery promise.
- One supplier, eight categories. PPE, electrical safety, fire safety & rescue, emergency responder, working at heights, working with chemical, customised workwear and project supplies so an urgent mixed list is one call.
- Certificates with the goods. For audit files, on the lines that carry SIRIM or DOSH approval.
- Straight answers on timing. If your date is not achievable we will tell you before you raise the PO, not after.
Urgent order questions
Can I get safety equipment today in Johor Bahru?
Often, for stocked lines helmets, gloves, glasses, earplugs, vests and common boot sizes. Call or WhatsApp rather than email, tell us the deadline first, and ask about collection from Kulai, which is always the fastest route. We will confirm what is actually on the shelf before you commit.
Do you have a shop I can walk into?
We are a supplier rather than a retail shop, but collection from our Kulai office at Bandar Putra is available. Message us the list before you set off so it is picked and waiting, rather than your driver waiting while someone looks for it.
We have a DOSH visit or client audit tomorrow. What should we check?
Walk the seven stops above in that order. The findings that come up most often are hearing protection missing at a noise zone boundary, eyewash blocked or expired in the chemical store, and a first aid box that has not been restocked. All three are stocked items.
Can you supply certificates in time for an audit?
Yes, on the lines that carry SIRIM or DOSH approval but tell us at the point of order rather than after delivery, so the documentation is prepared alongside the goods.
What cannot be done urgently?
Anything made to order. Custom coveralls and branded workwear need sampling and production. Arc flash kits depend on size and cal rating availability. Cabins, installed signage and fabrication need a site visit first. If one of these is on your list, split it onto a separate order so it does not hold up everything else.
Do you deliver outside Johor?
Yes. Negeri Sembilan and Melaka are served from our Seremban branch on 011-3307 7509, which is closer for those states than dispatching from Johor.
