We have a branch in Seremban. Haisar Supply & Services Sdn Bhd (est. 2012, Co. No. 985158-T) operates from Lot 2994 E, Taman Bunga Raya, Batu 3½, Jalan Rasah, 70300 Seremban alongside our Johor head office in Kulai. That means Negeri Sembilan and Melaka are served locally, not as a long delivery run from another state.

WhatsApp Seremban branch Both branch addresses

Negeri Sembilan and Melaka are one of the denser industrial corridors in the country, and one of the more varied. Seremban and Senawang carry heavy engineering, automotive components and E&E; Nilai and Bandar Enstek add chemicals, plastics and pharmaceuticals; Port Dickson is oil, gas and marine terminals; Melaka runs semiconductor and electronics at Batu Berendam and Ayer Keroh alongside petroleum and refining.

Buying safety equipment across that spread has a specific problem attached to it, and it is not availability. It is consistency particularly for companies running more than one plant.

Where we are, and what each branch covers

Two branches, one account Seremban covers Negeri Sembilan and Melaka. Kulai covers Johor. Same range, same pricing, same specification. Peninsular Malaysia (schematic) Seremban branch Lot 2994 E, Taman Bunga Raya, Batu 3½, Jalan Rasah, 70300 Seremban Serving: Seremban, Senawang, Nilai, Bandar Enstek, Port Dickson, Melaka, Alor Gajah, Ayer Keroh, Batu Berendam Kulai head office No. 7501, Jalan Enggang 19, Bandar Putra, 81000 Kulai, Johor Serving: Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Senai, Iskandar Puteri, Pengerang, Batu Pahat, Muar If you run plants in both states, one supplier means one PPE specification instead of two that drift apart.
Same range and same pricing from either branch distance decides which one serves you.

Both branches carry the same range, quote from the same price list and work to the same specifications. Which one serves you is a question of distance, not of what you can get.

Three sub-regions, three different baskets

One catalogue does not serve this corridor. What a Port Dickson terminal needs and what a Batu Berendam electronics plant needs overlap only in the basics.

Three sub-regions, three different baskets Indicative weighting of what we are asked to quote, by area. Not a statistic a picture of demand. Seremban, Senawang & Nilai Heavy engineering Automotive & E&E Chemical & plastics Logistics Food Port Dickson Oil, gas & terminals Marine & port Chemical Power Hospitality Melaka, Alor Gajah & Ayer Keroh E&E & semiconductor Petroleum & refining Food processing Furniture & timber Logistics Port Dickson needs chemical and marine PPE. Melaka needs cleanroom and E&E. Do not send one catalogue to both.
Indicative demand weighting by area, based on what we are asked to quote.
  • Seremban, Senawang and Nilai. Heavy engineering and automotive: impact and cut gloves, hearing protection, eye protection, safety footwear at volume, plus LOTO and electrical safety for maintenance teams.
  • Port Dickson. Oil, gas and marine terminals: FR workwear, gas detection, confined space equipment, eyewash and safety showers, spill containment and SOLAS marine items.
  • Melaka and Alor Gajah. E&E and semiconductor: ESD-appropriate footwear, cleanroom-compatible gloves, metal-detectable earplugs on food lines, chemical handling at wet benches.

If you run plants in more than one state

This is the part that matters most, and it is the reason having branches in both Negeri Sembilan and Johor is worth something beyond convenience.

When each plant buys locally from a different supplier, the specification drifts. Site A ends up on a cut level 5 glove, Site B on a level 3, Site C on whatever the local shop had in stock all doing the same job. Group HSE cannot compare incident rates meaningfully, procurement cannot compare prices, and when a customer or a regulator audits the group, three different answers come back to the same question.

What happens when each plant buys its own PPE Same company, same job, three different gloves — and three different answers when the auditor asks why. Three plants, three suppliers Three plants, one specification Seremban supplier 1 own spec, own price Seremban Melaka supplier 2 own spec, own price Melaka Johor supplier 3 own spec, own price Johor One specification One price list One audit file Delivered from whichever branch is nearer Group HSE cannot compare sites Group HSE reports once The saving is rarely in the unit price. It is in never having the same argument three times.
Site-level buying without a common specification is how three plants end up with three answers.

None of that is exotic. It is just what happens when purchasing is delegated to site level without a common specification behind it. The fix is not centralising the ordering — site teams should still be able to order what they need, when they need it. The fix is one agreed specification and one supplier who can deliver against it in both states.

What is worth standardising first

Not everything needs to be identical across sites. Standardise the things where inconsistency costs you something real:

Nylon body safety padlock with steel shackle and key retaining mechanism for lockout tagout

LOTO Safety Padlocks

Non-conductive nylon body, steel shackle, high-security 12-pin cylinder keyed up to 50,000 differs, with a key-retaining mechanism so the key cannot come out while the shackle is open. Shackle lengths 25, 38 or 76 mm, any colour, rewritable labels, laser engraving available.

ProSil reusable corded silicone earplugs EPSC with storage case

ProSil Reusable Earplugs

SLC80 18 dB, Class 3, rated to 100 dB(A), reusable silicone with a re-sealable storage case. Class 3 is the point — in a moderate noise area, over-attenuating cuts people off from alarms and speech. 50 pairs per box, 500 per carton.

Match the class to the level →

Custom made industrial coverall with company branding and reflective tape

Workwear to One Group Spec

Coveralls, hi-vis shirts, jackets and trousers in your colours with your logo, made to the same specification for every site. Contractor and department colour coding stays consistent, which is what makes it useful at a gate.

StandardiseWhy it matters across sites
Glove cut levels by taskThe most common drift. Write it by task, not by site, and the injury data becomes comparable.
Hearing protector class by zoneClass should follow the measured level. Standardise the rule, not the product.
LOTO padlocks, colours and keyingStaff who move between sites should not have to learn a new lock system. Keyed-different, colour-coded by department.
Workwear and colour codingContractor and department identification only works if it means the same thing everywhere.
First aid and eyewash provisionSame contents, same checking schedule, one restock list. See the first aid requirements guide.
Certification recordsOne filing standard for SIRIM, DOSH and CE documentation, so the group audit file is assembled once.

Why companies here work with us

  • A branch in Seremban, not a delivery route. Local stock, local collection, someone to talk to in the state.
  • Since 2012. Haisar Supply & Services Sdn Bhd, Co. No. 985158-T.
  • Two states, one specification. If you run plants in Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor, you can buy them all to the same standard from one supplier.
  • Eight categories on one account. PPE, electrical safety, fire safety & rescue, emergency responder, working at heights, working with chemical, customised workwear and project supplies.
  • SIRIM and DOSH documentation on request, issued with the delivery order for the lines that carry it.

Questions we get asked here

Do you have a branch in Negeri Sembilan?

Yes. Our Seremban branch is at Lot 2994 E, Taman Bunga Raya, Batu 3½, Jalan Rasah, 70300 Seremban, contactable on 011-3307 7509. It carries the same range as our Johor head office.

Do you deliver to Melaka?

Yes — Melaka, Alor Gajah, Ayer Keroh, Batu Berendam and Cheng are served from the Seremban branch, which is considerably closer than working with a supplier based in Johor or Klang Valley.

Can we collect from Seremban?

Yes. Message the branch with what you need before you set off so it is picked and waiting, rather than your driver standing at the counter while someone looks for it.

We have plants in Negeri Sembilan and Johor. Can you supply both?

Yes, and this is where having two branches earns its keep. One agreed specification, one price list, delivered to each plant from whichever branch is nearer — so your sites stop drifting onto different products for the same task.

Can you supply Port Dickson terminals and marine operations?

Yes. FR workwear, gas detection, confined space and rescue equipment, eyewash and safety showers, spill containment and SOLAS marine items are all part of our range.

Can you quote against our group PPE standard?

Yes. Send the document and we will price it line by line, flag anything discontinued or on long lead time, and propose equivalents with a spec comparison where a specified item no longer makes sense.
